Anatomy of the consulting relationship

1. Preliminary consultation—A West Falmouth Associates consultant meets with the senior executive to get acquainted and explore the organization's needs.

2. Analysis—A consultant meets with each key member of your management team to gather information and perspectives on organizational needs. If the assignment involves executive development, a confidential management profile is prepared for each team member to help identify how he or she relates to the organization.
